The idea of this Tournament is to celebrate our first season and hopefully meet up with and play against the teams we have done throughout the season. This will hopefully continue to develop the friendship's and relationships that we have with the teams we are going to be regularly playing against over the next ten years or so!
Information And Rules For The Tournament
The details and rules of the Tournament: Under 7's as of the season 2007/08. Saturday 21st June. Rodillian pitches. first game to kick off at 12pm and all teams to be registered by 11:30. Depending on numbers ideally 2 leagues of 6 teams. Everyone plays each other once in an 7 minute match. 7-a-side with 3 subs in each squad. Substitutes will be on a rolling basis. 3 points for a win, one for a draw. The 1st placed team in league A will play the second placed team in League B and the first placed team in League B will play the second placed team in League A in the semi finals. The two winners will play in a final the two losing teams in a 3r/4th playoff. If level at the end of the match in the semi final an extra time of 3 minutes will be played. If still tied then it will go to penalties (3 each before sudden death) The final will be a 10 minute match with the same rules as the semi's if tied. The organisers decision will be final.
