The club has a strict No Dog policy, which is prominently displayed both outside and again inside our facilities. Unfortunately anyone with a dog (except assistance dogs) will be asked to leave the site. Thank you for your support in respecting this policy.
Our clubhouse is open on Saturday and Sunday mornings for tea, coffee, refreshments and breakfast sandwiches.
The following image shows where our pitches are in relation to the car parks and clubhouse.
The club has two car parks located before and after the 3G pitch. Typically the main paved car park fills up first and then the overflow car park. If both are full, please park on Fleet Lane and do not park on kerbs or block others in.
Please leave the disabled parking spaces free for blue badge holders.
Rothwell Juniors has introduced a Touchline Monitor Protocol for the 25/26 season. In summary, a parent/guardian from Rothwell Juniors will put on a light blue hi-vis tabard at each home game and hopefully help to stop the “wrong uns” from spoiling our children’s football.
We are hoping to reduce the following:
parents coaching their kids,
persistent criticism and challenging of the referee and their decisions,
negative interactions between spectators and players,
negative interactions between the two sets of spectators
and create the following:
positive environment for all players
enjoyable experience for all
The only qualification required of a parent/guardian is: “an adult who cares about the environment in which their child plays football”
This should be everyone.
There is nothing new in any of the above. These expected standards of positive behaviour already form part of FA, County FA, League and Club rules, whether it is Rothwell Juniors or yourselves. We hope you will help to support this initiative. Could you please pass this message on to any parents or spectators who will be attending the match.
Rothwell Juniors with not tolerate poor behaviour
Everybody needs to play their part
Spectators to support and coaches to coach
Players will then enjoy the game
Everybody needs to respect the beautiful game
Children will learn from your actions
Together we all can make a difference
